How a job runs

Four steps, no surprises

You'll know the price, the schedule, and who is in your home before we start.

  1. Estimate

    We measure, talk through tile and layout, and send a written quote, usually within two business days.

  2. Prep & Waterproof

    Demo, flatten the floor or walls, and waterproof wet areas. Shower pans get a 24-hour flood test.

  3. Set Tile

    Layout is planned before the first tile goes down, so cuts land where you won't notice them.

  4. Grout & Walkthrough

    Grout, caulk, seal, and clean. We walk the finished job with you before we call it done.

How long does a shower take?

Most custom showers take one to two weeks, including demo, waterproofing, the flood test, tile, and grout. You'll get a schedule with your quote.

Do I buy the tile, or do you?

Either works. We can pick it up for you, or help you choose and figure out how much to order with the right overage for cuts.

Do you handle demo and haul-off?

Yes. Tear-out and disposal can be included in your quote.

Do you do plumbing?

We coordinate with a licensed plumber when a job needs valves or drains moved, and we'll tell you up front.

How do estimates work?

They're free. We come out, measure, and send a written price for the full job. No pressure and no surprise add-ons.
